TURNAROUND TIME

How soon can I get my candy, once ordered?

About 3 weeks notice would allow us to make your candy and package with your personalised design.

PLACING ORDER

Please start with going to 'Design Your Candy' button at the top of the page.

We have taken our design tool to the next technical level! We worked incredibly hard to design and built a genuinely world's best and most sophisticated online Candy Design tool. Please check it out!

You can now play around with your designs in a comfort of your own home or office. It supports candy designs for individuals as well as companies. Now you can enter your names or upload your company logo; the whole process is in four simple steps:

  1. Enter Names or upload your Logo
  2. Choose candy colours & flavour
  3. Decide on its packaging
  4. Add personalised sticker, header-card, tag or ribbon

It's easy as one, two, three. Our clever tool will notify you if you have any leftover candy when finished with the packaging or if you need to add more. We even tell you the most popular flavours, so you don't need to wait around for an answer. There is nothing like this in the World!

Don’t forget to upload an image if you’ve got it. This helps us to understand and visualise your brand or design.

PACKAGING

What colours do we have for a header-card on the candy bags?

Any colour! Once we’ve established your candy design, we will agree on the best header-card colour to complement your candy as well as the message on it. Personalised message on the card can be done in black or colour too!

For example, often we use your business card file to design the header-card, making sure everything is colour matching to your branding.

EXPIRY DATE ON THE CANDY

After about 6 months, the candy will begin to crystallise (nature of sugar), the colours may start to fade, and the texture may change. You can still eat it, but it won’t remain quite as beautiful.

Keeping your candy away from the light and heat, will make it last longer.

COLOURS AND FLAVOURS

Does colour determine the flavour options?

Any colour goes with any flavour. They are separate processes. Keep in mind that each batch will be a single flavour and colour scheme choice.

GLUTEN FREE & VEGAN

All of our candy are 100% gluten free and vegan!
